Gran lugar para visitar con tu familia. Los apartamentos son bastante cómodos. La comida era buena, puede volverse repetitiva. El entretenimiento para niños de hasta 7 años es bueno. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar.
Estuvimos aquí a finales de octubre y tengo que decir que nos gustó mucho. Como lamentablemente hacía demasiado frío en esta época del año, no utilizamos las piscinas, pero aun así pensamos que eran geniales y el hotel no puede hacer nada con respecto al clima. Cuando se trata de comida, sí, la gente siempre espera demasiado en vacaciones. Siempre hubo una buena selección y nosotros también la disfrutamos. De lo que sí tengo que quejarme es de la limpieza en algunas zonas, todavía hay mucho margen de mejora. En definitiva, fueron unas vacaciones maravillosas y la zona es preciosa.

Hotel muy bonito justo al lado del mar. Amplia ubicación en la playa con tumbonas y sombrillas. Tranquilo y sin tráfico. Puedes alquilar coches de alquiler en el hotel y en la ciudad. Muy buena dirección si buscas paz y tranquilidad.

3 piscinas muy bonitas, la playa está a 30 metros, definitivamente no es la más bonita de la isla.

Estuve solo allí y pude relajarme bien. Si querías pasear por la noche, sólo era posible de forma limitada. Había suficientes actividades de ocio, pero no las aproveché. La playa era pequeña pero limpia. Los 8€ por tumbona y sombrilla me parecen excesivos.
La comida en el hotel era muy sabrosa. No logré probar todo durante mi estancia. Todos los empleados fueron muy amables y serviciales.
Si quiere relajarse de verdad, este hotel es muy recomendable. Especialmente para familias jóvenes, ya que allí los niños se divierten mucho. La piscina de adultos ofrece mucha paz y tranquilidad.

Hotel moderno y acogedor con 3 piscinas, una de ellas sólo para adultos. Restaurante con rincón de pasta y zona de carnes y pescados a la brasa. En general comemos bien.

Currently staying here on day 4 of 6 (but I'll never remember to review once I'm home).
Really nice hotel. Very clean, and the staff are generally very helpful and friendly (there is one barman that's a bit miserable, but he does the job). 3 pools. One mixed for families. One kids paddling pool and one adults only pool. Only criticism of any of them is there's one old woman who spends the day topless by the adult pool, which is also by the reception - not great with kids coming in and out all day. Staff should sort this out, really. It's an adult pool area - not an adults only hotel.
Food is great. Read some reviews talking about the selection being poor - but it's hard to think what else they could reasonably cram into a buffet? There's so, so much to choose from - and everything I've tried has been really good.
Rooms are nice. Ours is quite small, but does the job. Only thing I would say is there is some mould on the bathroom ceiling - but that's hard to stop in a bathroom with no ventilation. Should be treated though. Beds are quite comfy and it's very quiet after 10 and the Aircon works well.
Very quiet area by a pretty bay. Outside of the hotel, there's not much. 2 bars (Casey's is next door, is very friendly and shows all the footy). 3 shops and a couple of small restaurants. But then you're not staying here to go to Pacha or get smashed. If you are, you're in the wrong place.
The entertainment is OK. The kids get some stuff from about 7.30-9pm. It's pretty much the same every night, but they seem to enjoy it. Stuff for the adults is 'meh'. I think they've misread the clientele a little. 70% of the people here are British with kids, and aren't really here for 'Join in the fun' stuff. They just want to watch and see something reasonably entertaining. Karaoke totally bombed. It took the compere about 45mins get one adult up. There's nothing worse than not wanting to be up on stage (or whatever), and then feeling pressurised to do so. We're mostly parents in our 40s and 50s - it's not Club 18-30.
A word on the WiFi - don't bother. Almost non-existent. Less than a 1mb speed. Hard thing to do at a big resort, but I'd rather they just didn't have it. If you have enuff data (or are happy to pay for it), the 5G connection is 150-400mbps. Literally hundreds of time faster.
Overall, good value though and would probably come back. We've stayed in far worse places that have cost a lot more than this 👏🏻
